Available Positions
1. Customer Service Officer I
Duty Station: Oromia Region
Qualifications:
- TVET (10+3) with 5–6 years relevant experience OR TVET (10+4) with 3–4 years relevant experience
Experience:
- Background in customer service, front‑office, or clerical support roles
- Experience in handling records, forms, and documentation is advantageous
Skills:
- Customer service excellence
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of client protection principles
- Basic KYC and confidentiality practices
2. Branch Manager I
Duty Station: Oromia Region
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Social Science
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- Background in microfinance, banking, or branch operations preferred
Skills:
- Microfinance operations and branch procedures
- Credit and savings management
- AML/KYC and regulatory compliance
- Customer service and financial literacy
- Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities
