Job Overview
Hope Enterprises is seeking an experienced and compassionate Case Manager to support returnee migrant workers and survivors of trafficking. The position requires strong communication, documentation, and case management skills, along with the ability to work with vulnerable communities.
Qualifications
- Education: BA degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide case management support to returnee migrant workers and survivors of trafficking.
- Conduct assessments, develop case plans, and offer follow-up guidance.
- Coordinate with local partners, service providers, and employer organizations.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Deliver support services that promote reintegration and well-being.
Required Skills
- Experience working with returnee migrants and trafficking survivors
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
