Position Overview

The Junior Physiotherapist will work under the supervision of a Senior Physiotherapist to apply physiotherapeutic treatments for patients with medical, surgical, neurological, and circulatory conditions. The role involves designing treatment plans, applying therapies, and supporting rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical examinations of patients referred by medical officers or specialists.
• Design and implement problem‑oriented treatment plans.
• Apply massage, remedial exercises, and instruct patients on prosthetic/orthotic use.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑physiotherapy services for assistive technology users.
• Perform conservative corrections with POP for orthopedic/neurological conditions.
• Utilize mechanical devices, exercise equipment, and electrotherapy techniques.
• Apply heat and cold therapy as needed.
• Assist in clinic administration, patient appointments, and reporting.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
• Coach rehabilitation workers and para‑professionals.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual activity reports.

Qualifications

• Education: BSc in Physiotherapy.
• Experience: 0–1 year (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Skills: Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
