Open Positions

Position 1: Area Sales Manager

• Employment Type: Full‑time
• Job Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Responsibilities:

• Maximize allocation of resources in the area (e.g., POS, coolers)
• Manage and measure daily sales targets, taking corrective action with the team
• Coach and lead sales staff
• Execute trade and outlet operations
• Develop outlets and drive sales growth
• Partner with sales representatives and customers to implement customer‑specific business plans
• Monitor competitive activities in the market
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manage trade replacements
• Implement promotional plans and report deviations to store owners/managers
• Ensure promotional compliance across outlets
• Conduct frequent trade visits with regional personnel

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: First Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Sales and Marketing, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Technical Skills: Sales operations, resource allocation, and market analysis
• Soft Skills: Leadership, independence, multitasking, and ability to meet deadlines in dynamic environments
• Additional Requirements: Valid minimum Auto/Dry 1 driving license
