We are expanding our team and seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Credit Life and Vehicle Insurance Officer to manage and enhance our insurance services.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of direct work experience in credit life and/or vehicle insurance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and process members’ credit life and vehicle insurance applications.
• Coordinate with insurers to ensure timely policy renewals and claim processing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of insurance transactions.
• Provide expert guidance to members on insurance-related inquiries.
• Prepare and submit periodic insurance operation reports.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of credit life and vehicle insurance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
