DHL Global Forwarding Ethiopia is where you will drive IRR benefits realization and operational resilience by converting traditional “analog” business processes & practices to fully applying the IT renewal roadmap solutions, transform the country by the adoption of our digital technologies across the entire business including digital customer interaction and experience across the entire customer portfolio.

Position 1: Courier

Education & experience:

• Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
• less than 2 years

Support courier processes and activities to enable safe, secure, on-time and accurate transportation and delivery between locations of mail/ parcel including local mail, small packages or legal documents in line with the business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines and policies

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Gateway Operation Agent

Educational Qualification:

Experience:

• Experience in DHL and knowledge of Network Control activities

• Experience of working with customs clearance matters within transportation, logistics or import / export Industry

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 3: PTP Support

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in related areas of responsibility.
• Senior service, production, or support roles highly experienced in the area of responsibility.
• Performs all of the standard and some specialized more complex aspects of the function. Thorough knowledge of tasks and responsibilities. Effectively applies skills in accomplishing tasks.
• University Degree in Accounting

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Ground Operations Supervisor

Qualification:

• First Degree in Business studies or its equivalent

Expected Years of Experience:

• 2 years experience in operations area

• Good knowledge of global air express and/or the freight forwarding business
