๐ŸŽฏ Position Summary: Customer Service Tracing Advisor

The Customer Service Tracing Advisor will provide high-quality tracking and trace services, ensuring customer inquiries and service issues are resolved promptly and professionally. The role is critical to maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and upholding DHLโ€™s reputation for reliability and responsiveness.


๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and trace requests effectively
  • Communicate with internal DHL teams and external customers to resolve shipment issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Ensure service issues are resolved quickly to minimize dissatisfaction
  • Support digital transformation through use of DHL systems and platforms

๐ŸŽ“ Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:
    • Customer Contact Center
    • Tele-sales or related customer service environments
  • Prior experience in the logistics or service industry preferred
  • Familiarity with call center tools and booking systems is a plus

  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong telephone handling and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and mental alertness
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and customer relationship management

  • Understanding of logistics operations and geographical knowledge
