Digital Process Automation Contractor Vacancy – Heineken Ethiopia

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Job Purpose

The contractor will support Heineken Ethiopia’s digital transformation agenda by building modern, no‑code/low‑code business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools. This role is ideal for a self‑driven, tech‑savvy individual passionate about streamlining business processes and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain applications, workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  2. Collaborate with business users to understand operational challenges and design digital solutions.
  3. Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Teams, and Excel data sources.
  4. Test, document, and deploy solutions while ensuring scalability and usability.
  5. Provide end‑user training and ongoing support for deployed applications.

Job Requirements

  1. Experience & Skills
    • Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate (Flows)
    • Basic to intermediate skills in Power BI (reports and dashboards)
    • Understanding of SharePoint Lists, Excel connectors, and Dataverse
    • Strong logical problem‑solving and workflow design skills
    • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  2. Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
    • Previous exposure to process automation, business systems, or digital transformation projects
    • Basic understanding of corporate workflows
  3. Additional Skills
    • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint
