1. Administrative Assistant – Addis Ababa

Qualification: Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field, preferably in the banking sector.
Other Requirement: COC certification is mandatory.
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale.

2. Human Capital T&D Officer – Addis Ababa

Qualification: BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 3.5 years in HRM roles, preferably in banking, including at least 1 year as an Officer.
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale.

3. Human Capital Management Officer – Addis Ababa

Qualification: BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 3.5 years in HRM roles, preferably in banking, with at least 1 year as an Officer.
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale.

4. Branch Manager Grade C – Multiple Branches

Qualification:

• MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of banking experience, including 2 years as a Customer Service Manager Grade B or 3 years as a Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
  OR
• BA degree in the same fields with 8.5 years of banking experience under similar conditions.

Place of Work: Kobo, Dima (Gambela Area), Motta, Kombolcha, Tilili, Merawi, Dangela, Tercha, Doyogena, Dire Dawa, Ambo
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale.
