Job Title: Train Crew Member

Number of Positions:

100 (One Hundred)

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university in Ethiopia or Djibouti.

Experience:

• No prior work experience required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Academic Requirement:

• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid National ID (Fayda).
• Good physical and psychological fitness (ability to undergo rigorous training).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the safe and efficient operation of trains.
• Support passenger and freight transportation along the Ethiopia–Djibouti line.
• Follow operational procedures and ensure safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members during daily railway operations.
