Ethio Life and General Insurance S.C., one of Ethiopia’s leading insurance companies, is inviting qualified and motivated fresh graduates to apply for the following position.

The company, originally established as the only specialized life insurance provider in Ethiopia until 2012, has since expanded into general (non-life) insurance services, driven by the country’s rapid economic growth.

Position: Officers for Call Center

📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office – Around Meskel Flower, in front of Tolip Olympia Hotel, Homes of Millions Building, 5th floor)
👥 Number of Positions: 2

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Level IV in Office Management, Secretarial Science, or related field of study from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Not required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Additional Skills:

• Excellent communication and language skills.
• Fluency in Amharic and English is required.
• Knowledge of Afaan Oromo and Somali is an added advantage.
