Position 1: Senior Regulatory Policy Development Officer II

Role Purpose
Develop and implement policies for regulating capital markets, ensuring compliance, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements to align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and implement regulatory policies and guidelines for capital markets
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends and risks
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders for harmonized frameworks
- Engage market participants through consultations and surveys
- Lead or participate in working groups to develop/amend regulations
- Provide technical expertise on compliance and reporting requirements
- Monitor and evaluate regulatory effectiveness; recommend changes
- Produce high‑level periodic reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in financial regulation or economic policy formulation
- Proven track record in drafting and implementing regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluency in Amharic and English
Position 2: Documentation and Inventory Officer
Career Level: Junior (1–3 years)
Number of Positions: 1
Role Purpose
Handle receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials, consumables, and fixed assets in line with ECMA’s Property Administration Manual.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive goods and verify against purchase orders and invoices
- Issue materials and assets to departments based on requisitions
- Safely store and safeguard all items under custody
- Maintain store security and cleanliness
- Prepare and process store documents (GRN, FARN, RMRN, SIV, FAIV, RMTN)
- Update bin cards and stock records regularly
- Label, classify, and arrange materials properly
- Conduct periodic stock checks and assist in year‑end inventory counts
- Prepare and submit periodic store reports
Qualifications
- Diploma/Level IV in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, logistics, or supply chain management
- Strong record‑keeping, attention to detail, and computer skills
