Position:
- Finance & Customer Support Coordinator (Required Number: 1)
Role Summary:
Handles internal finances, light regulatory tasks, inventory organization, and front-line customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping, expense tracking, payroll, and invoicing
- Oversee cash flow, tax filings, and basic financial reporting
- Assist in preparing product registration documents
- Receive incoming stock, label, and organize inventory
- Send quotations and follow up with clients
- Respond to phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
- Maintain delivery and support logs
Required Skills:
- Financial literacy (can work with external accountant)
- Able to multitask across admin and operational tasks
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Good customer service and communication
Qualifications Required:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree (Finance, Business Administration, or any other relevant field) is required.
- Over one years of professional experience in the sector, preferably with an import company; experience in the admin works is an added advantage
- Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking, will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
