The company is urgently hiring qualified and motivated candidates for the following positions:
Position 1: Qualitative Data Collector (Urgent Recruitment)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree in Sociology, Social Work, or Anthropology
-
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in qualitative data collection
-
Experience working in at least one of the following regions: Oromia, Somali, Amhara, Afar, Tigray, Sidama, South Ethiopia, South West & Central Ethiopia
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to conduct IDIs, FGDs, and KIIs
-
Skilled in documentation, transcription, and ensuring data quality

Adherence to ethical research standards

Position 2: Software & Data Management Intern

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields

Basic knowledge of programming (Python, Java, C#, or R preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel & MS Office tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork ability

Motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new tools and technologies
