Available Job Positions
1. Information & Knowledge Management Advisor
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Contract Duration: Until December 31, 2027
- Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain data collection systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Produce information management products such as dashboards, maps, fact sheets, and reports
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with global standards
- Manage GIS-based products and conduct spatial analyses
- Document and share cluster information, results, and best practices
- Provide technical advice, training, and support on information management tools
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Data Analytics, GIS, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in information management, GIS, or data analytics
- Proven track record in producing analytical reports, maps, and dashboards
- Strong skills in Power BI, QGIS, ODK, Kobo Toolbox, and Excel
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Languages: English (required), Amharic (required), German and other Ethiopian languages (asset)

2. Content Specialist
- Employment Type: Full-time

- Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:
- Source, develop, and adapt content from projects and practices
- Edit, proofread, and format communication products in line with donor standards
- Manage multi-channel content delivery including reports, briefs, blogs, and social media
- Ensure compliance with communication standards and contribute to knowledge management
- Collaborate with multimedia producers, designers, and donor liaisons
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Journalism, Communications, or related fields (exceptional experience may substitute)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in communications or editorial work
- Experience with donor-funded projects, especially EU-funded projects, strongly desired
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills with samples of original work required
- Knowledge of digital storytelling and content production methods
- Languages: English (required), German (preferred), local languages (asset)
