Goh Betoch Bank S.C., Ethiopia’s first private mortgage bank, has announced new career opportunities for fresh graduates and experienced professionals. The Bank officially launched operations on October 25 and now operates as the 21st private commercial bank in Ethiopia. With over 6,600 shareholders, Goh began operations with more than 500 million Birr paid-up capital from a subscribed capital of 1.2 billion Birr.

The bank’s first branch is located on Africa Avenue, Zimbabwe Street, Abderuf Building, near the Japan Embassy.

📌 Position 1: Graduate Trainee

Educational Requirement:

• BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any business-related field
• CGPA: 3.5 and above
• Only 2025 G.C graduates
• Must have passed the National Exit Exam
• Experience: No prior experience required (Fresh Graduate Program)

Location: Jigjiga and Mizan Aman Branches

📌 Position 2: Junior Cyber Security Officer

Education:

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Science

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT security
• Certifications in ethical hacking or related areas are advantageous

Location: Head Office

📌 Position 3: Digital Banking Officer I

Education:

• BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or other business-related fields

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant digital banking or related experience

📌 Position 4: Customer Service Officer III

Education:

• BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience:

• 6 years of banking experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role

📌 Position 5: Senior Cyber Security Officer

Education:

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Science

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in IT security roles
• Ethical hacking or security-related certifications are an added advantage

Education:
