Grand Microfinance Institution Share Company (Grand MFI) was established in accordance with Proclamation No. 626/2009 of the National Bank of Ethiopia by 366 visionary individual shareholders and one share company.
Grand MFI was founded with the mission of providing financial and non-financial services to the active poor and the “missing middle-income” population in both urban and rural areas.
The institution invites qualified and interested candidates to apply for the following vacant positions.
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Required Qualification

BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or any Business-related field
Work Experience and Skills

No work experience required

Graduation year must be between 2022 and 2025

Position 2: Branch Manager
Required Qualification

BA/BSc Degree in any Business-related field

Certification or training in Microfinance areas such as:

Credit and default management
-
Risk management
-
Savings mobilization
-
Related MFI operational trainings
Work Experience and Skills
-
Minimum of 4 years total work experience, of which:
-
At least 2 years in a similar position, or
-
4 years as Senior Customer Service Officer
-
Experience in a Microfinance Institution is highly preferred
Language Requirement

Afan Oromo language skill is mandatory
