Position 1: Associate IT

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Role Summary:
The IT Associate will provide technical support to staff, maintain smooth operation of network systems, and assist in computer and IT security maintenance across the firm. The position also supports IT infrastructure upkeep and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-user support and troubleshooting
• Network and local area network (LAN) administration
• Wi-Fi and domain/email support
• IT security and data protection assistance
• Hardware and computer maintenance
• Compliance with GTI IT security standards

Position 2: Senior Associate IT

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in IT systems, infrastructure, and user support preferred.

Role Summary:
The Senior IT Associate oversees IT systems maintenance and ensures smooth operation of all computer and network systems. The position includes managing replacement of outdated equipment, supervising maintenance tasks, and maintaining secure and efficient IT operations within the firm.
