Position 1: Guest Service Agent (Receptionist)

Requirement:

• BA degree in Hotel/Tourism Management of other related social science fields of study.

Responsible to welcome, check-in and check-out guests; handle guest complain, and any guest relation issues; gives proactive service to customers; and maximize room revenue and guest satisfaction.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: General Maintenance Technician

Requirement:

• Level IV and above in Maintenance Technicians in mechanical/electrical/electromechanical or related fields.

Responsible to maintain and keep all equipment in good working conditions by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel; to complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotels standard operating procedures.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Engineering Supervisor

Requirement:

• Level IV and above in General Maintenance Technicians or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and relevant hotel engineering experience.

Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s maintenance, operations, and repairs.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Bartender

Requirement:

• Level IV and above in Hotel Operation/Hotel/Tourism Management and bar related technical training certificates

Responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests in a professional and efficient manner; required to interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on beverages; and be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring guest satisfaction.
