Vacancy Announcement – HMR Commissioning and Trade Agency
HMR Business Solutions PLC, established in accordance with Commercial Registration and Business License Proclamation No. 980/2016, invites qualified and competent professionals to apply for the following positions under HMR Commissioning and Trade services.
Position 1: Head of Operations - HMR Commissioning and Trade Agency
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Permanent (Performance & Commission-Based)
Salary: as per company scale and performance/commission based
Required Number: 1
Requirements:
- BA/BSC Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Facility Management, Real Estate or related fields.
- Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in real estate operations, property management, brokerage or commission agency, sales and trade officer of factories, or marketing and promotions management in real estate Company etc.
- Minimum of 2-3 years management experience is required.
- Social Media usage ability is highly preferable.
- IT Certification (AI, CRM, Data Encoding, and Digital Marketing or any related) preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work under commission-based structure.
Language Skills (highly desirable)
Proficiency in English and Amharic, as well as other local languages. Knowledge of at least one widely used international language practiced in Ethiopia, such as French, Arabic, or similar languages, is an added advantage.
Position 2: Sales & Commissioning Officer
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (temporal movements across the nation)
Employment Type: Permanent (Commission-Based)
Salary: As per the company scale and performance/commission based
Required number: 20
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales and commissioning works with different factories, real estate companies, sales or brokerage or any other agent/commission related works.
- Strong online marketing, social media usage and diaspora engagement experience (preferable).
- IT knowledge in AI tools, digital marketing, CRM and data encoding (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commission-driven and target-oriented.
Language Skills (highly desirable)
Proficiency in English and
Amharic, as well as

Position 3: IT Systems & Digital Platforms Expert
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Permanent (Performance & Commission Hybrid)
Salary: Negotiable
Required number: 1
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy full online property transaction platforms.
- Customize CRM for diaspora property services.
- Integrate secure online payments.
- Develop digital contract and document workflow system.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance.
- Automate commission and KPI dashboards.
- Adobe Photoshop or other editing tools experience.
- Maintain and manage cloud infrastructure.
Qualification Requirements:
- Diploma or BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience or with software developing companies.
- Experience in web application development and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian Electronic Transaction laws.
- Experience with payment gateway integration.
- AI certification or experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Language Skills (Highly Desirable):
Proficiency in English
and Amharic and knowledge of other local and international language is an added advantage.
