The company is seeking a Head of Sales Analytics & Business Intelligence to oversee and manage all tracking, reporting, and monitoring activities within the Sales and Distribution department.


Position: Head of Sales Analytics & Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

Reporting and Analysis

  • Develop and manage reporting frameworks for Sales and Distribution.
  • Consolidate and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Identify trends and discrepancies in sales data for senior management.

Data Management

  • Maintain and enhance data collection processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure accuracy of data sources.
  • Implement validation techniques for reliable reporting.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work with regional sales managers to gather and verify data.
  • Act as liaison between Sales & Distribution and other business units.
  • Provide training and support on reporting tools.

Strategic Insights

  • Deliver recommendations to drive sales performance.
  • Develop predictive models and forecasts.
  • Prepare KPI‑focused presentations for senior management.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in analytics.
  • Implement new tools and technologies for reporting.

Compliance & Security

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard data.

Key Accountabilities

  • Accuracy and timeliness of reports
  • Quality and relevance of insights
  • Automation of reporting across channels
  • Timely payout of commissions
  • Performance analysis of sales teams and channels
  • Compliance with digital distribution policies

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience: 5–7 years at senior level in reporting or data analysis, preferably in telecommunications or sales
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
    • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and MIS tools
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strategic thinking and stakeholder management
    • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Experience in telecommunications industry
