Position 1: Call Centre Operator

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre or related customer service role.

📍 Duty Station: Head Office

Position 2: Digital Financing Officer I

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience:

• 2 years of relevant banking experience.
• IFB Training Certification is an added advantage.

📍 Duty Station: Head Office

Position 3: Branch Manager I

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of banking operations experience.
• Knowledge of Islamic Banking (IFB) is advantageous.

📍 Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Wolkite, and Butajira

Position 4: Customer Service Officer II

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of banking experience.
• IFB Training Certification is an added advantage.

📍 Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 5: Manager, Digital Channels

Qualification:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

• 8 years of relevant experience for Master’s holders OR 10 years for Bachelor’s holders.
• At least 4 years in a supervisory position in Digital Banking.
• IFB Certification is advantageous.
