📌 Position: Graduate Trainee (150 Vacancies)

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Graduation Year: 2024/2025 only.

📊 Experience:

• No prior work experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

✅ Other Requirements:

• Minimum CGPA:
  • 2.75 and above for male applicants
  • 2.5 and above for female applicants
• Exit Exam: Minimum 50 or pass result required.
• Age: Must be 27 years or younger.
• Language: Knowledge of the local language and area of the preferred duty station is a plus.
• IFB Training Certification is an advantage.

• North East District: Dessie, Kombolcha, Logia & surrounding areas
• South East District: Shashamane, Bale, Halaba, Dilla, Hawassa & surroundings
• South West District: Jimma, Tepi, Gambela, Wollega & surroundings
• East District: Dire Dawa, Harar, Jigjiga & nearby locations
