Position 6: Manager, Human Capital Center of Expertise

Qualification: Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s degree) in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 8 years for Master’s degree holders; 10 years for Bachelor’s degree holders, including 4 years in managerial positions; IFB certification is advantageous.

Position 7: Manager, Procurement & Contract Management

Qualification: Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s degree) in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or related fields.

Experience: 8 years for Master’s degree holders; 10 years for Bachelor’s degree holders, including 4 years in supervisory positions; IFB certification is advantageous.

Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Note: Training in IFB is advantageous.
