Position 1: Customer Service Supervisor

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of banking experience; IFB training/knowledge is an advantage
• Duty Station: Kombolcha

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience; IFB certification is advantageous
• Duty Station: Gololcha

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in banking operations; IFB knowledge is an advantage
• Duty Station: Gololcha

Position 4: Branch Manager

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in banking operations; IFB certification is advantageous
• Duty Station: Gololcha

Position 5: Senior Network Administrator

• Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Experience:
  • Master’s: Minimum 3 years in related IT work
  • Bachelor’s: Minimum 4 years, including 2 years in a related position
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 6: Manager – IT Projects Management

• Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Experience:
  • Master’s: Minimum 6 years relevant experience, including 3 years in supervisory role
  • Bachelor’s: Minimum 8 years relevant experience, including 4 years in supervisory role
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Position 7: Manager – IS Application Management

• Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Experience:
  • Master’s: Minimum 8 years, including 4 years in managerial position
  • Bachelor’s: Minimum 10 years, including 4 years in managerial position
• Additional Requirement: ITIL certification is advantageous
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Additional Information

• Training in IFB is considered an advantage
