Position 1: Sales Account Manager

Career Level: Mid Level (3–5 years)

Role Overview

The Sales Account Manager will join Hilton’s Sales & Marketing team to identify, develop, and manage strategic accounts—including corporate clients, travel agents, and local businesses—to maximize revenue across hotel segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Develop and nurture customer accounts in corporate and travel sectors
  • Negotiate room rates, packages, and contracts in line with revenue strategy
  • Plan and execute creative local marketing initiatives
  • Prepare and manage corporate contracts aligned with pricing conditions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tailored proposals
  • Represent Hilton at sales events, meetings, and client site inspections
  • Produce regular reports on sales activity and account performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in hospitality (hotel sales preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long‑term business relationships
  • Professional presentation and customer‑service mindset

Position 2: Customer Service Agent

Career Level: Mid Level (3–5 years)
Number of Positions: 1

Role Overview

The Customer Service Agent will represent Hilton at the front desk, managing check‑in/check‑out processes, resolving guest queries, and ensuring a warm and professional welcome to all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality
  • Handle check‑in/check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Manage guest questions, requests, and complaints
  • Perform night audit tasks and reconciliation as required
  • Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and services
  • Handle cash, credit card, and foreign currency transactions securely
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs
  • Comply with security, fire, and health & safety policies
  • Uphold Hilton’s brand standards and service excellence

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hotel environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent grooming and professional presentation
  • Ability to multi‑task, remain calm under pressure, and pay attention to detail
  • Computer skills and property management system experience advantageous
  • Knowledge of local geography and attractions is a plus
