Requirements & Qualifications
● Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ● 1–2 years’ experience in HR, recruiting, or office administration
● Proven ability to handle recruitment processes from start to finish
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills
● Excellent communication in Amharic and English
● Discreet, trustworthy, and approachable
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
● Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a startup-like environment
