🎯 Job Summary

The HR Operations Team Leader – District will play a pivotal role in:

• Overseeing end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Administering employee welfare programs and HR services
• Enhancing the employer brand and employee engagement at the district level

This role combines HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations, supporting the Bank’s strategic HR initiatives.

✅ Required Qualifications

• 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 🏅 Preferred: HR-related professional certifications
• 📈 Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant HR operations experience
