1. Operations Manager

Location: Addis Ababa
Department: Hotel and Hospitality

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hotel operations across all departments
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and standards
  • Lead and train staff to ensure high service quality
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, and cost controls
  • Coordinate interdepartmental activities to optimize guest experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations management
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

2. F&B Director

Location: Addis Ababa
Department: Hotel and Hospitality

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Food & Beverage operations to achieve quality and profitability goals
  • Plan menus, pricing, and promotions
  • Manage supplier relations, inventory, and cost control
  • Supervise and develop F&B staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
