Available Internship Positions
MEAL Intern
Location: Country Office
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Data Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Strong English proficiency; local language skills an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client feedback data collection and verification.
- Maintain effective client database systems.
- Support MEAL‑related tasks as assigned.
Learning Opportunities:
- Experience with MEAL frameworks.
- Skills in accountability and data management.
- Structured teamwork and deadline management.
Supply Chain Intern
Location: Country Office
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong English proficiency; local language skills an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare RFQs and support procurement processes.
- Assist with bid analysis and issuing Purchase Orders.
- Conduct market assessments and verify supplier documents.
- Organize procurement files (soft and hard copies).
Learning Opportunities:
- Exposure to full procurement cycle.
- Skills in supplier verification and documentation.
- Understanding of humanitarian supply chain procedures.
ERD Interns (Kersa & Fedis Woredas)
Location: Harar, Kersa, and Fedis
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc in Agronomy, Agriculture, Natural Resources Management, or related fields.
- Strong English proficiency; local language skills an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Support field activities including demo site follow‑up.
- Provide technical assistance on Climate‑Smart Agriculture (CSA) practices.
- Assist in implementing HDP Nexus program activities.
- Support stakeholder coordination and community engagement.

- Technical expertise in CSA, NSA, and VSLA methodology.
- Skills in communication and stakeholder engagement.
