Available Job Positions

  1. Area Coordinator (2 Positions – Dire Dawa & Gode)Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-term contractKey Responsibilities / Job Duties:
    • Coordinate day-to-day implementation of Third Party Monitoring (TPM) activities in the assigned region
    • Supervise and support field monitors and supervisors to ensure timely data collection and reporting
    • Liaise with regional stakeholders, including government offices, WFP sub-offices, and partners
    • Coordinate logistics for field missions, trainings, and regional meetings
    • Ensure availability of monitoring tools and materials at regional level
    • Maintain accurate regional data records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
    • Prepare periodic performance and monitoring reports
    • Conduct field supervision visits, spot-checks, and quality assurance activities
    • Track field-level expenditures and support budget monitoring
    • Escalate operational challenges and delays to central management
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in program coordination, field operations, or regional implementation
    • At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience at field or regional level
    • Experience working with government institutions or donor-funded programs
    • Strong understanding of data collection methods and quality control processes
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data collection platforms such as ODK or KoboToolbox
    • Strong communication skills in English and relevant local languages
