👤 Position Overview: Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) – Operations

The Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) for Operations – Lodges and Resorts plays a critical leadership role in overseeing operational performance across the hotel’s hospitality assets, including food and beverage services, accommodation quality, and guest experience. The role demands strong managerial expertise within large-scale catering institutes or 4/5-star hotels.

🎓 Education & Experience Requirements

Option 1: BA Degree Route

• BA Degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Service, Tourism, Cooperative Business Management, or related fields
• Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role in a large-scale catering institution or 4/5-star hotel

Option 2: MA Degree Route

• MA Degree in the above-mentioned fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role at a large-scale hospitality institution or 4/5-star hotel
