Job Overview
Ethiopian Engineering Corporation is strengthening its project delivery teams by hiring junior-level engineering professionals to support on-site technical, quality, planning, procurement, and cost control functions. The roles are part of active construction projects and report directly to senior site engineers, project engineers, and construction managers.
These positions are intended for newly graduated engineers with strong technical foundations, a willingness to work on-site, and the capacity to learn within structured engineering and QA/QC systems. All roles are full-time and site-based.

Key Responsibilities
- Support on-site engineering activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
- Assist in monitoring construction works to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards
- Maintain and update site documentation, reports, and engineering records
- Support preparation and tracking of material submittals, approvals, and registers
- Assist in implementing method statements and risk assessments in line with QA/QC and HSE procedures
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure up-to-date technical information is available
- Support procurement tracking for long-lead and critical materials
- Record labor and staff performance data and submit weekly summaries to supervisors
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover documentation processes
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering field
- Relevant specializations apply for electrical, sanitary, and data-related roles
Work Experience
- Fresh graduates with 0 years of work experience are eligible
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
