📌 Position: Junior Procurement Officer

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Management, or a related field from a recognized university; additional education or certification in procurement is a plus.
• Experience:
  • 0–2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a multinational and manufacturing company.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP software and other related applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.

Additional Requirements:

• Superior attention to detail; skills such as analytical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are required in addition to integrity and honesty.
• Ability and willingness to work long hours and collaborate with other staff.
• Flexibility and ability to stay effective and motivated in a fast-changing environment.
• Good command of English (oral & written).
• Must be a good team player.
• The incumbent should be dynamic, well-organized, self-driven, and have a good personality.
• Able to work under pressure and complete tasks within a preset time frame.
