✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments for on-time deliveries.
• Handle logistics documentation including invoices and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics operations.
• Support inventory management and stock reporting activities.
• Organize and optimize transportation schedules and routes.
• Resolve logistics-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Improve and streamline logistics processes and procedures.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to logistics operations.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Tour and Travel, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations preferred.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Automotive skills and a valid driving license are a plus.
