Job Title: Logistics & Warehouse Manager

Summary of the Role

The Logistics & Warehouse Manager will lead and manage logistics and warehouse operations in line with Jotun’s values, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and local regulations. The role is based in Addis Ababa and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the logistics and warehouse team, ensuring engagement and readiness for future growth.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), and Jotun Operations System (JOS).
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing JOS and tracking KPIs.
• Optimize freight, delivery performance, and transportation costs.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, quality control, inventory accuracy, and facility maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Planning teams to maintain stock levels and ensure smooth operations.

What We Look For

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in logistics and warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Proven ability to inspire, delegate, and develop teams.
• Results-oriented, with strong focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
