🔹 Position 1: Company Secretary

• Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Administrative Science / LLB in Law or related field
• Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a BA degree
  • Minimum 7 years with an LLB degree
  • Prior exposure as a Company Secretary is highly advantageous
• Other Skills: Computer literate
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa
• Salary & Benefits: As per company scale (negotiable based on qualifications)

🔹 Position 2: Manager – Corporate Planning Division

• Educational Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Economics, Statistics, or related fields
• Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years in planning roles
  • At least 4 years in a supervisory position
• Other Skills: Computer literate
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa
• Salary & Benefits: As per company scale (negotiable)

🔹 Position 3: Branch Manager I

• Educational Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in insurance operations
  • At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position
• Other Skills: Computer literate
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa
• Salary & Benefits: As per company scale (negotiable)
