We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives in the construction, real estate, and concrete admixture industry. The ideal candidate is compassionate, charismatic, and results-driven, able to integrate marketing strategies across departments to achieve company objectives. They should have solid experience in marketing, strong knowledge of marketing tools and metrics, and a clear understanding of the 4 Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored for construction, real estate, and admixture concrete markets.
- Lead the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives effectively.
- Leverage trending marketing tools and digital platforms to measure performance, track metrics, and optimize strategies.
- Apply the 4 Ps of marketing to enhance product positioning, pricing, distribution, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, finance, HR) to ensure marketing strategies support overall business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and analyze return on investment (ROI).
- Strengthen brand awareness and maintain a consistent company identity across sectors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments to provide innovative marketing solutions.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of solid marketing experience in construction, real estate, or concrete admixture industry, with measurable achievements.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to strategically integrate marketing initiatives with other departments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
