Role Overview
We’re seeking a Marketing & Sales Associate with the mindset and capability of a Business Development Manager. This role goes beyond sales — you’ll represent Digital Construct, drive growth, bring in new clients, and help shape the company’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, reach out to, and close deals with potential clients.

Develop new business ideas and partnership opportunities.

Build and manage client relationships on behalf of Digital Construct.

Work closely with the leadership team to grow revenue streams.

Represent the company in meetings, pitches, and networking events.

Prepare proposals and follow up on sales pipelines.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in tech, digital marketing, or software industry).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to think strategically and creatively.

Proven track record of bringing in clients or building partnerships.

Ability to work part-time on-site at our Hayat office.
