Position: Marketing & Sales Professionals

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing and sales (preferably in education or IT sector).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, Google Ads, SEO).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

We are looking for dynamic, results-driven Marketing and Sales professionals to help us:

✔ Develop and implement marketing strategies
✔ Increase student enrollment
✔ Advertise and market our training programs and IT solutions

This role offers both Full-Time and Contract-based opportunities (with commission-based incentives tied to student enrollment numbers)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to attract students.
• Develop strategies for digital marketing, social media promotion, and local advertising.
• Identify and reach out to potential students, schools, and businesses.
• Drive student registration for Skytech courses and programs.
• Collaborate with the team to increase brand awareness.

Compensation:

• Full-Time Salary + Commission
• OR Contract-Based (High Commission per student enrolled)

Location: Torhayloch Infront of Queens Supermarket, Addis Ababa
