Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C is a transformed commercial microfinance institution, originally established under Proclamation No. 40/96 and later revised under Proclamation No. 626/2009 by the National Bank of Ethiopia. The institution provides financial and non‑financial services to medium and small enterprises, as well as low‑income communities—particularly women—in both urban and rural areas of Ethiopia.

Qualifications
- BA Degree/Diploma in Accounting & Finance, Auditing, or related fields
- 4 years (BA) / 2 years (Diploma) of relevant work experience
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word and MS Excel)

Qualifications
- BA/Master’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 6 years (BA) / 4 years (Master’s) of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High integrity and ethical standards
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word and MS Excel)

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proven experience in policy development and institutional strengthening
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders
