Nib Insurance Company (NIC) was established on May 2, 2002, by 658 shareholders with an authorized capital of ETB 50 million and a paid-up capital of ETB 14 million, starting operations with just 4 branches in Addis Ababa and fewer than 50 employees.
Today, NIC’s paid-up capital has reached ETB 250 million and the number of shareholders has grown to 1,014. The company provides both General (Non-Life) Insurance and Life Assurance services to its clients across Ethiopia.

1. Ethics, Risk and Compliance Officer II

Education: BA in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in risk management & compliance, auditing, underwriting, or claims management.

Job Grade: VI

2. Branch Manager I

Education: BA in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

Experience: 5 years relevant experience, including:

2 years as Senior Underwriting Officer or Senior Claims Officer, OR
-
1 year as Contact Office Head, OR
-
3 years as Underwriting Officer II, Claims Officer II, or similar roles.

Job Grade: VIII

3. Branch Manager II

5. Procurement, Property, and Facility Management Division Head

Education: BA in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Management, or related fields.

5 years as Procurement/Property/Facility Management Officer II, OR
