1. Junior Administrative Assistant (Head Office/District Offices): BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related; 2–4 years relevant experience .
2. Facility Management Officer (Mekelle District): BA in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related; 4 years experience, including 2 as Associate Facility Management Officer .
3. Marketing Officer (Head Office/District Offices): BA in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related; 4 years experience, including 2 as Associate Marketing Officer .

Banking & Operations Roles

1. Banking Business Officer (Delo Sebro, Ginner, Joro, Goro, Bale Robe, Agarfa & Werka Branches): BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or related; 2 years in financial institutions, including 1 as Junior Banking Business Officer .
2. Interest Free Banking (IFB) Supervisor (Mekelle District): MA/BA in specified fields; 5–7 years banking experience, including 2 as Senior IFB Officer (Sharia knowledge advantageous) .
3. Planning and Monitoring Officer (Mekelle District): MA/BA in specified fields; 5–7 years banking experience, including 2 in planning/monitoring .
4. Strategy Implementation and Follow-up Supervisor (Head Office): MA/BA in specified fields; 5–7 years experience, including 2 in strategy roles .
5. Branch Manager (Abojifor, Dembidolo, Delo Sebro, Goro, Bale Robe, Agarfa & Werka Branches): MA/BA in specified fields; 5–7 years banking experience, including 2 as manager in core banking .
6. Manager, General Accounts (Head Office): MA/BA in specified fields; 8–10 years experience, including 3 at expert/supervisory level .

Legal Roles (Head Office)

1. Attorney: LLB in Law; 4 years experience, including 2 as Attorney .
2. Senior Attorney: LLM/LLB in Law; 4–6 years experience, including 2 as Attorney (foreclosure experience advantageous) .
