About Nib International Bank
Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on May 26, 1999, under license no. LBB/007/99, with a paid‑up capital of Birr 27.6 million and authorized capital of Birr 150 million by 717 shareholders. The Bank commenced operations on October 28, 1999, with 27 employees, becoming the sixth private bank licensed in Ethiopia. Available Positions
1. Internal Control Officer
- Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
- Experience: 3 years in banking, including 2 years as Jr. Branch Controller, CSO, Jr. CRO, or equivalent core banking positions
- Location: Mosho Branch (Jimma District)
2. Banking Business Manager
- Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
- Experience: 3 years in banking, including 1 year as BBO (CSO), Associate Branch Controller, or 3 years as Jr. Branch Controller, Jr. CRO, or equivalent positions
- Location: Mosho Branch (Jimma District)
3. Branch Manager
- Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
- Experience: 5–7 years in banking, including 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent positions
- Location: Mosho Branch (Jimma District)
4. Senior Hardware and Software Support Officer
- Education: MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: 4–6 years in IT support, including 2 years as Hardware and Software Support Officer or equivalent positions
- Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
