1. Junior Mechanical Engineer

Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in mechanical valuation
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mechanical assessments and valuation of assets
  • Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with valuation standards
  • Support maintenance and inspection projects as assigned

2. Credit Analysis Officer

Education: B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: 4 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years as Associate Credit Analysis Officer or similar role
Location: Adama District Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze credit applications and financial statements
  • Prepare credit reports and recommendations
  • Support risk assessment and portfolio monitoring

3. Property Valuator

Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields
Experience: 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as Junior Property Valuator or equivalent role
Location: Adama District Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property valuation and prepare detailed assessment reports
  • Inspect and evaluate real estate and construction projects
  • Ensure valuation accuracy and compliance with internal policies

4. HR Business Partner Officer

Education: B.A. in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration
Experience: 4 years of relevant HR experience, including 2 years as Associate HR Officer or equivalent role
Location: Adama District Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advisory and support to business units
  • Implement HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement programs
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and talent development

5. Senior Credit Analysis Officer

Education: M.A. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: 4/6 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years as Credit Analysis Officer or equivalent
Location: Adama District Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth credit appraisals and financial risk analysis
  • Monitor loan performance and prepare detailed reports
  • Support the development of credit risk strategies

6. Marketing Supervisor

Education: M.A. or B.A. in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience: 5/7 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Senior Marketing Officer or equivalent
Location: Adama District Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for the Bank’s products
  • Lead promotional campaigns and brand-building activities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

7. Digital Banking Supervisor

Education: M.A. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: 5/7 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Senior Digital Banking Officer or equivalent
Location: Adama District Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee digital banking platforms and e-payment systems
  • Support innovation in online and mobile banking services
  • Monitor system performance and customer adoption rates

8. Interest Free Banking (IFB) Supervisor

Education: M.A. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: 5/7 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Senior IFB Officer or equivalent
Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Sharia principles
Location: Adama District Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IFB operations and ensure Sharia compliance
  • Develop IFB products and services tailored to customer needs
  • Promote awareness and growth of interest-free banking

9. Branch Manager II

Education: M.A. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: 6/8 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Branch Manager I or equivalent
Location: Mahal Arada Adama Branch

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall branch operations and customer service
  • Ensure business growth through marketing and sales initiatives
  • Supervise staff and maintain operational efficiency

10. Branch Manager III

Education: M.A. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: 7/9 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Branch Manager II or 3 years as Branch Manager I or equivalent
Location: Hawassa Branch

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead branch activities and ensure compliance with policies
  • Drive business development and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise branch staff and manage financial performance
