We are now hiring qualified professionals for the following positions:

1. Customer Experience Management Expert

• Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years (Master’s) / 3 years (Bachelor’s).
• Location: Head Office & Branches
• Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

2. Resource Mobilization Support and Performance Expert

• Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years (Master’s) / 3 years (Bachelor’s).
• Location: Head Office & Branches
• Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

3. Senior Performance and Talent Development Officer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.
• Location: Head Office & Branches
• Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

4. Senior Attorney (Litigation and Loan Recovery)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.
• Location: Head Office & Branches
• Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

5. Branch Manager

• Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 4 years (Master’s) / 6 years (Bachelor’s) of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in supervisory roles.
• Location: Head Office & Branches
• Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

6. Manager, Strategy and Project Management

• Qualification: Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Logistics, or related fields with 6 years’ experience (2 years managerial).
  OR Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with 8 years’ experience (3 years managerial).
• Location: Head Office & Branches
• Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

7. Director, Legal and Loan Recovery

• Qualification: Master’s degree in Law with 5 years’ experience (3 years managerial/supervisory).
  OR Bachelor’s degree in Law with 7 years’ experience (managerial/supervisory), preferably in Banking.
• Location: Head Office & Branches
• Salary: Attractive, as per company scale

8. Director, Strategy and Brand

• Qualification: Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields with 8 years’ experience (4 years managerial).
  OR Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with 10 years’ experience (5 years managerial).
