Purpose of the Role:
The Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day activities across MG Consultancy’s operations and projects. The role involves coordinating processes, monitoring performance, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The Operations Officer will also support strategic initiatives to improve productivity and performance across the organizations managed by MG Consultancy.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Management
    • Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
    • Implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity.
    • Maintain records and ensure accurate documentation for all operational activities.
  2. Project Coordination
    • Support planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and budget targets.
    • Prepare periodic project reports for management.
  3. Performance Monitoring
    • Track KPIs to measure operational performance.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational goals and client requirements.
  4. Resource Management
    • Coordinate procurement, allocation, and utilization of resources.
    • Maintain inventory control and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
    • Maintain high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  6. Stakeholder Communication
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
    • Support management in preparing operational reports and presentations.

Job Specification

Mandatory Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
    • OR any degree with proven relevant operational experience.
  • Experience:
    • 0–1 year of work experience in operations, administration, accounting, or project management.
  • Documentation:
    • Police forensic clearance letter.
    • Salary guarantee letter (minimum 15,000 from government organizations or any well-known private company).
  • Other Requirements:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting and operational processes.
    • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
