About the Role

Nexel Technologies is seeking motivated and goal-oriented Outdoor Sales Representatives to promote and sell our software solutions to businesses, institutions, and individual customers. This is a client-facing position that requires communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build strong professional relationships.

Compensation Structure

1. Commission-Based Earnings

• 20% commission on every successful sale
• High income potential—top performers typically earn 5–20× the base allowance

2. Monthly Allowance

• 3,000 ETB transport allowance to support mobility needs
• This allowance is provided monthly and is not a fixed salary
• Most income is generated from commissions

Expected Monthly Earnings

Motivated salespeople can significantly exceed the basic allowance through consistent performance and strong client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and pitch software products effectively
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and pricing
• Meet monthly sales targets through proactive outreach
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Provide quality customer service throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
• Interest in software and technology products
• Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
