Position: Sales Executive
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related fields

2–3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in aviation, travel, logistics, or service industry)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
-
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
-
Fluency in English and Amharic (additional languages are an advantage)

Willingness to travel when required
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the aviation and related sectors
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, operators, and aviation partners
-
Promote the company’s portfolio of flight support and VIP assistance services
-
Develop and present sales proposals, presentations, and service contracts
-
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide sales strategy
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
-
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
-
Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
-
Develop tailored aviation support solutions to meet client needs
-
Collaborate with operations and finance teams for seamless service delivery

Negotiate pricing and contracts in line with company guidelines
-
Monitor client satisfaction and address feedback proactively
-
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems

Contribute innovative ideas to support the company’s growth strategy
