Leapfrog Software Technology Africa PLC, an authorized Safaricom distributor, is looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our Enterprise Business Unit as Outdoor Sales Representatives.

We specialize in distributing top-tier mobile phones, Safaricom SIM cards, and Air Fiber high-speed business internet powered by wireless technology (available as both dedicated and broadband internet).

Position: Outdoor Sales Representative

Number of Vacancies: 50

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of outdoor/field sales experience (telecom industry preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and able to work under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Conduct field visits to acquire new customers and maintain existing ones.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues.
• Report sales activities and market feedback to supervisors.
